• When you leave a comment on our website:

• User profiles: Stored for as long as your account is active or required for administrative/legal reasons.
• Tutor and student records: Retained in our Microsoft environment for reporting, analytics, and certification verification unless deletion is requested.
• Users may view, edit, or delete their personal data (except username identifiers).
• Administrators may access or edit user data for operational purposes.

 

6. Your Rights

• Under POPIA and applicable laws, you have the right to:
• Request a copy (export) of your personal data we hold
• Request correction or deletion of personal information
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
• Object to automated data profiling or marketing communications
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) if you believe your data is misused
