  • You must not post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.

  1. Courses and Certifications
  • Edu365 lists, promotes, and integrates courses offered by third-party providers including but not limited to PSIRA-accredited, Microsoft-certified, and other recognized institutions.
  • Edu365 does not directly issue certifications or guarantee course completion results.
  • All certifications, exams, and official course materials are managed by their respective providers.
  • Fees for enrolment or certification are payable directly through approved payment gateways or the third-party provider’s platform.
  • Edu365 may earn a commission from course referrals or tutor registrations.
  • Course content, schedules, and qualifications are subject to change by the provider without prior notice.

 

  1. Tutor Registration and Admin365 Portal
  • Tutors registering through Admin365 must provide accurate information and agree to background verification as required by Edu365 or its affiliates.
  • Access to Admin365 dashboards and Power BI reporting tools is restricted to authorized tutors and staff only.
  • Any breach of data privacy, misuse of reports, or sharing of restricted materials will lead to immediate suspension and possible legal consequences.

 

  1. Accuracy of Information
  • While we make every effort to maintain current and accurate information, Edu365 does not warrant the completeness or reliability of any content, including course details, schedules, pricing, or accreditation status.
    Users should verify details directly with the respective course provider before enrolment.

 

  1. Payment Terms
  • Payments made through WooCommerce or linked third-party processors are securely handled by verified gateways.
  • Edu365 does not store full payment card details.
  • Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling are governed by the respective course provider’s policy.
